Very pleased with Lockwood Windows - we used them as they had installed new door and bay window for a relative and we were impressed. We had front, back & patio doors replaced and we’re really pleased with them. Raymond was very informative in the showroom and Richard came out to measure. The work was done in the timescale they had indicated and the workmen were great & left no mess.

Couldn't rate Lockwood Windows more highly. We had windows fitted years ago by them and then very recently a door and once again the service was fabulous. The staff are just lovely, so friendly, professional and unobtrusive. The quality of workmanship is excellent and we are delighted. Thank you!

Delighted with the new front and back doors installed for us recently by Lockwood Windows. They've substantially improved the insulation, and look fantastic. A very neat job, and Matt and Josh were a delight to have around the house. Excellent service also from Raymond in the showroom, who patiently helped us select the right products, and kept the schedule on track with good communication.

We first contacted Raymond after trying unsuccessfully to find undersized external composite doors elsewhere for our cottage. He certainly didn’t disappoint and his efficient response, attention to detail and customer service was second to none. Once ordered we didn’t have to wait long at all for the doors to be completed. We are absolutely delighted with the doors; the quality and workmanship is excellent and we’d highly recommend to anyone. Recently had French doors, new windows, composite front door and roofline from Lockwood Windows. Excellent quality and strong sound locking mechanisms. No issues at all from ordering to fitting and very good value for money, would definitely recommend and everyone should ensure they visit showrooms before choosing their supplier. Lockwood Windows are not the cheapest but in my opinion as good as some other overpriced companies.

Total professionalism from the word go, from Raymond in the showroom, Richard who came to measure and our two fitters, Simon and Lewis. We had fantastic initial advice and outstanding work fitting all new windows and doors into our 124 year old house. The quality and finish of our new windows and doors surpasses our expectations, the workmanship is truly outstanding. I was literally moved to tears when I saw our beautiful new ruby-red doors for the first time. We have nothing but the highest praise for this company. Our advice? We have just had our full house done, and couldn’t be happier! Bi-fold door on the back, 2 doors and full windows throughout. From enquiry to measure to fit, everyone involved has been fantastic. Our fitter was brilliant. I expected to do some cleaning and maybe a bit of painting after, but not required! Every room was clean and the sills finished off perfectly. The doors were the same, finished off perfectly. Thank you very much.

Lockwood Windows have fitted new soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes to the front and rear of our house. They were very competitive on price and their workmanship is outstanding. The Lockwood Window company have provided a first class service right from the word go, we visited the show rooms and were looked after very well by Raymond. We had a home visit and discussed with Richard our requirements, he gave us sound advice and a good quote for four windows and both a front composite and rear UPVC stable door. The fitting guys were true professionals, friendly and helpful, worked hard and the final finish is amazing...Highly recommended.

After about 10 years of deciding to have new doors and windows we went for it and chose Lockwood windows through friends recommendations. We looked around for a long time to find just the right styles we wanted. Raymond was superb in the show room, showing us what was available, giving us a sample of the colour so we could see if it suited our property. The end product, now fitted, is superb and has changed the whole look of our house. The fitters were spot on, to a point where they spotted a small crack in the bathroom window and replacing that within days. Would recommend them all day long.
